Infertility Treatment Options

Determining infertility treatment options depends on your infertility diagnosis.

When a new patient has their initial consultation, the IVF New England fertlity doctor spends time understanding the patients' past medical history, prior testing and treatments, and other information that will be helpful going forward. Then the doctor orders the appropriate tests, which may include both female and male tests. After reviewing the test results, your doctor will be able to provide a diagnosis of your condition. This information is then used to identify the most appropriate treatment options for you to increase your likelihood of getting pregnant.

Many people think that IVF is their only treatment option if they have infertility. However, this is not the case because some patients are able to get pregnant with treatments that are easier then the more advanced assisted reproductive technologies (ART). Your IVF New England fertility expert will work with you to create a treatment plan that is right for your needs and wishes.

There are several treatment options your fertility specialist may discuss with you during a consultation.

IUI (Intrauterine Insemination)

IVF (In Vitro Fertilization)

Donor Egg and IVF

MyEggBank at IVF New England

Surrogacy and IVF

Egg Freezing for Fertility Preservation

Fertility Preservation for Cancer Patients

The best thing you can do is schedule a consultation, which will put you on the path to pregnancy much sooner.
