Have questions concerning costs, insurance benefit coverage, and bills that you have received for treatment at IVF New England? Need to know who you should contact?

At IVF New England, we have assembled a team of resources who can help you with the financial aspect of your treatment as you go through your journey with us:

  • notify you of financing packages such as CapexMD and ARC - and discount package such as our Military discount
  • process cycle refunds (Example: Not proceeding with cycle)

  • Referrals.  Based on the needs of your insurance plan, your MD Team Admin will communicate with you about obtaining referrals prior to starting your treatment with us. Please contact the Admins if you have any questions about this.
  • Office Visit collection of co-pays and other payments (For example: sperm freeze, ERA, consults, self-pay for Sonohysts, HSG, and Semen Analysis).  We have a secure online payment site where patients can make payments directly at .  Your MD Team Admin can also guide you if you need help with this service.

  • Medication prior authorizations.  If a prior authorization is required for coverage of your medications, our MD Team nurses will work with you and your insurance company provider to obtain authorization for medication that you need to take during your treatment cycle.
